How long will it take for my goods to be shipped?

Goods ship within 2-3 business days after your order is placed.

Absolutely! As a small business, we take the time to respond to our customers directly. Please drop us a line via the 'contact us' page.

Where do your goods ship from?

All items ship from Sydney, Australia. 

I don't live in Australia, can I order your products?

Unfortunately, no. At the present time, goods can only be purchased and shipped within Australia. 

What if I need to return something?

Ordering items online can be tricky, so all goods can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please send a message via the 'Contact Us' page to request a return or exchange. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

If your item is faulty or not as ordered, please send a message via the 'Contact Us' page clearly describing the problem. 

Where is my welcome reward code?

If you join the Sunrise Sand community via the pop-up, after you submit your email, you will receive a pop-up message with the sign-up code. Go to your emails to confirm your subscription, then you will be able to use the code to get your discount. 

If you join our community through the website, you will receive an email with the reward code.

How do I pick the right size?

There is a size chart on every product page. These charts show the dimensions of the garment. Compare these with the measurements of your favourite t-shirt to find the right fit.

T-shirts are true to size, so select your usual size for a comparable fit. Size up for a baggy fit. 

How are your items sustainable and ethical?

We carefully source products from manufacturers with clear sustainability and ethics policies. Sustainability is part of the whole supply chain. 

The cotton used is sustainably farmed. Where polyester or nylon are used, these materials include a recycled component. 

The suppliers we select have clear criteria for their manufacturing, including adhering to quality, environmental impact and social performance standards. 

Items are shipped in recycled and compostable materials.
