Refund policy

Sunrise Sand offers the following guarantees on all purchases:

• 30 Day Happiness Guarantee - refund or exchange any item purchased
• Holey Shirt Guarantee - receive 20% off a replacement t-shirt

The details of these guarantees are outlined below:

30 Day Happiness Guarantee:

Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at sunrise.sand.lifestyle@gmail.com

• If the item is faulty, damaged or not as ordered, please attach a photo that clearly shows what the problem is. Once accepted, we will send you a replacement item at no cost. Alternatively, you may request a refund for this product.
• If you are returning an item under the 30 day Happiness Guarantee, it would be much appreciated if you could please let us know how the item did not meet your expectations. We always aim to keep our customers happy and are keen to learn how we can improve. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Earrings

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. Earrings will be replaced or refunded if they are faulty or damaged in transit.

Holey Shirt Guarantee

Should any t-shirt purchased from Sunrise Sand develop a hole of any size within 12 months of purchase, please send an email to sunrise.sand.lifestyle@gmail.com with the following:

• A description of the issue
• A copy of your proof of purchase
• Photo/s that clearly show the hole and clearly identify the t-shirt as a Sunrise Sand item. 

Neck, arm, body holes and any decorative devices are reasonably expected to be in place at the time of purchase and are therefore not eligible for the guarantee. 

You will be notified of the outcome of your claim by return email. 

If your claim is accepted, you will be sent a discount code by email. The code provides 20% off the current full price of any t-shirt available in the Sunrise Sand online store. The code will only apply to one t-shirt in your cart. The Holey Shirt Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
